Biden's Factual errors

Now, as a 'trained' salesperson, you learn how to speak with authority about things you know very little about. You can easily assume 90% of your audience knows less than you do, and the rest will not want to stop and challenge you. It seems Joe Biden stretches that percentage to the limit.
